This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for Reshaper AI paid plans.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, but you keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Payments for Reshaper AI are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for all purchases and handles refunds in line with their own Refund Policy, including any refund rights required by law in your country.
Email hello@reshaper.ai with the email address on your account and the reason for the request, and we'll help you get in touch with Paddle. We reply within 1-2 business days.
